📋 Description

• Help enterprise customers turn isolated automation workflow wins into a scalable operating model with measurable business impact • Lead the business, adoption, and governance workstream across high-value enterprise deployments • Lead organizational workstreams during focused on-site deployments from executive kickoff to closeout • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to turn customer problems into adopted workflows • Guide customers in implementing automation operating and governance models • Define ownership, decision-making, prioritization, enablement, and adoption practices • Map business processes and identify high-impact automation opportunities • Develop and manage automation roadmaps with prioritization, sequencing, and ROI logic • Build business cases by estimating impact, modeling value, and connecting automation to executive priorities • Build trust across technical teams, operators, executives, champions, skeptics, and decision-makers • Identify upsell and expansion signals and hand them to Customer Success • Feed deployment learnings into internal playbooks, product feedback loops, and repeatable deployment motions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in deployment, implementation, consulting, solutions, or technical customer success roles at a B2B software company • Experience driving adoption with enterprise customers in complex, high-stakes environments • Ability to map business processes and identify automation opportunities • Ability to define automation governance, ownership, and operating models • Ability to build value cases, estimate impact, and prioritize automation roadmaps based on business outcomes • Technical fluency in technical architecture and solution demonstrations; ability to identify solution misalignment • Ability to build trust across organizational levels and manage competing priorities • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to senior stakeholders • Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% across Europe for on-site engagements • Fluency in English • Existing right to work for countries other than Germany; Germany visa sponsorship available • Additional European languages, automation experience, change management, enterprise transformation, and product feedback experience are nice-to-haves
