📋 Description

• Make the core workflow-building experience simple, fast, powerful, and intuitive • Identify and solve high-leverage problems across the workflow-building journey • Turn technically complex capabilities into polished product experiences with Design and Engineering • Improve workflow creation, configuration, debugging, and evolution for usability, performance, and reliability • Shorten the path from an idea to a working workflow through setup, configuration, connectivity, and external-service access improvements • Shape experiences for AI models, web search, integrations, and other services • Balance simplicity with transparency and control for advanced and production use cases • Define flexible, extensible builder-platform experiences and capabilities • Improve interactions with integrations, data, credentials, schemas, reusable capabilities, and MCP • Partner with Engineering and developer-facing teams as the ecosystem scales • Engage customers, community members, and internal teams to understand workflows and pain points • Define product bets, success metrics, and priorities using quantitative and qualitative evidence • Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data, DevRel, Docs, PMM, Support, and Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• Proven product management experience shipping impactful software products in fast-moving environments • Entrepreneurial, hands-on builder mindset • Excellent product and UX judgment, with ability to simplify complexity • Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, authentication, schemas, data flows, and system constraints • Strong product discovery skills • Data fluency, including success metrics, product behavior, funnels, and quantitative analysis • Active use of modern AI tools and understanding of AI-powered product opportunities and challenges • Developer product experience (nice-to-have) • Integrations experience with third-party APIs, authentication, developer platforms, or integration ecosystems (nice-to-have) • Community or open-source experience (nice-to-have) • AI product experience with LLMs, agents, model providers, or evaluations (nice-to-have) • Experimentation experience (nice-to-have) • Cloud/SaaS experience (nice-to-have) • For countries other than Germany, existing right to work is required • Company language is English
