• Source Registered Dietitians based on state coverage and hiring needs • Build clean, well-organized prospect lists • Use tools to enrich candidate data and export workflows • Tag and segment talent by various criteria • Deliver weekly batches of qualified candidates • Maintain consistent formatting and naming conventions • Adjust sourcing criteria based on team needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience sourcing Registered Dietitians on LinkedIn • Organized and consistent work ethic • Familiarity with Clay or similar tools for candidate data enrichment • Ability to maintain high data hygiene and accuracy • Excellent communication skills for async collaboration
