📋 Description

You will be the primary driver for a number of high-impact, multi-quarter initiatives, aligning stakeholders and ensuring buy-in across Technology and company leadership. • Drive product strategy and insights. Work closely with Strategic Initiatives, Revenue, and our internal Sales team to define long-term vision and strategy; identify opportunities through sales analytics and data insights; create alignment within the broader organization to define laser-focused roadmaps. • Own product outcomes end-to-end. Deliver measurable impact across key company metrics, including net sales, market share, NPS, and expansion targets. Partner with Data and Engineering to define measurement frameworks for product performance. • Influence platform and system design. Sales initiatives impact product offerings for the broader Nabis ecosystem. You will partner with other product managers and engineers to shape scalable and extensible solutions for the broader platform. • Field research. Shadow sales reps and join ride-alongs with field teams, directly visiting retailer sites. You will partner closely with our sales team to gain on-the-ground insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in any combination of product management, product design, or engineering experience with strong business aptitude. • Familiarity with CRM platforms (CRM, Hubspot, etc.) and associated workflows. • Proficiency with API-based solutions; experience developing software that integrates with external CRM tooling. • Strong intuition for user experience and journey. Ability to formulate hypotheses through data and comfort making decisions with incomplete data. • Ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously, and work under pressure as a self-starter with autonomy, using a first-principles approach to problem-solving in a collaborative environment. • Proven track record of successful multi-quarter project delivery in a fast-paced Silicon Valley technical environment. • Proficiency with Atlassian Jira & Confluence, Google Workspace, Asana or equivalent. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences. Comfort working directly with non-technical sales leaders and field reps, translating qualitative feedback into actionable work. • Experience building internal tools for sales, ops, or other operational users in B2B environments, not just consumer-facing products. • B2B / wholesale / distribution domain experience, or experience selling into SMB retailers with thin margins and high-touch relationships. Prior experience in the cannabis industry, or a similar regulated environment, is a plus. • Prior experience designing or improving pricing engines, discounting logic, or commission-affecting workflows. • Prior experience adopting AI into product workflows to accelerate discovery and implementation. • Familiarity with Nabis’ tech stack, including TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React, Node, and Next.js. • Experience with Figma workflows and a keen attention to design details.
