📋 Description
• Manage project deliverables from initiation through go-live, ensuring timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant delivery • Develop work and resource plans within the project plan • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants and developers • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders • Mitigate risks and resolve issues to deliver projects on time and within scope • Lead and coordinate multiple project teams across all workstreams • Work with clients to understand business requirements and align SAP solutions • Support presales activities when necessary
🎯 Requirements
• Residency in Turkey • Fluent in Turkish • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a reputable university • At least 12 years of SAP solutions experience • Minimum 7 years of project management experience • Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring team members • Proven experience managing full-cycle projects, including planning, execution, and delivery • Strong understanding of SAP project methodologies and best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders • PMP certification required • Fluency in spoken and written English • Planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Solution-oriented approach and strong customer relations • Team management capabilities • No restrictions on domestic and international travel
