📋 Description

• Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker • Identifying project/service stakeholders and ensuring deliverables align with business benefits • Support Build stream closure and document all deliverables • Track and maintain RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) logs • Assist in the selection and management of vendors • Detailed planning activities and schedule creation • Work with technical delivery team and solution architects • Ensure a well-defined test strategy and schedule for delivery modules • Mentor and manage team members with on-the-job feedback • Ensure quality of work meets defined standards

🎯 Requirements

• Total Experience: 9+ Years • 5-8 years of relevant delivery or project management experience in banking or financial services • Demonstrated leadership capability managing large, complex, multi-functional build teams • Direct experience in core banking and deposits modernization programs • Hands-on experience with Deposits Management Systems like Finacle • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail • Ability to operate independently with limited supervision • Stakeholder management skills • Problem-solving mindset • Ability to surface options and impacts • Experience in developing and executing change management plans • Must be able to relocate to Philippines for long term
