📋 Description

• Take a leading technical role in the development of software for medical devices • Lead the design and development of complex C++ applications • Define technical approaches and contribute to software architecture and system design • Guide component design, APIs, and integration with hardware and external systems • Drive performance optimization, code quality, and long-term maintainability • Support system integration, debugging, and technical problem-solving • Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices • Ensure compliance with development processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity across the SDLC

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of professional experience with C++ software development • Strong expertise in software architecture and object-oriented design • Experience building high-performance, scalable applications • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and code review experience • Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams • Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and AI-assisted development tools • Nice to have: Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries • Familiarity with standards such as ISO 13485 • Experience with hardware integration, embedded systems, or device communication
