📋 Description
• Lead complex projects and programs from initiation to successful delivery • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and C-level executives • Drive transformation, digitalization, IT, and organizational change initiatives • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality targets • Navigate complex stakeholder environments and align diverse interests • Proactively mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage escalations • Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience leading complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives • Experience in highly regulated industries such as railways, transportation, infrastructure, utilities, telecommunications, or other large-scale enterprise environments is highly desirable • Proven success in large-scale corporate environments with executive-level stakeholder management • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to independently manage customer engagements in complex organizational environments • Background in organizational change and transformation management • Experience in multinational corporations and matrix organizations • Consulting experience and/or project management certifications (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, SAFe) • Professional fluency in German and English
