📋 Description

• Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests through the organization's ticket management system • Monitor and resolve support tickets in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs • Perform issue analysis, root cause investigation, and solution implementation for SAP WM/EWM-related incidents • Participate in workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose SAP standard solutions • Support system integration activities between SAP EWM/WM and SAP MM, SD, PP, and TM • Configure and maintain SAP WM/EWM functionalities for inbound, outbound, internal warehouse movements, replenishment, and physical inventory processes • Prepare and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance tests • Investigate and resolve application issues, defects, and process inconsistencies • Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, process flows, and training materials • Collaborate with developers on functional specifications, enhancements, reports, forms, and interface requirements • Provide end-user support, knowledge transfer, and training to key users and business teams • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse and logistics processes • Resolve medium-complexity issues and change requests

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in SAP Logistics and Supply Chain Management and SAP S/4HANA environments • Good understanding of warehouse management processes, including inbound, outbound, internal warehouse movements, replenishment, and physical inventory • Familiarity with SAP configuration and testing activities, defect analysis, and resolution • Understanding of SAP EWM/WM integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, and TM • Experience in application support and incident management environments, including SLAs and ticket prioritization • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, SAP Solution Manager, or similar ticketing platforms • Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLA targets • Knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) • Experience preparing and executing unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing • Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions • Proactive, customer-focused, and eager to expand SAP warehouse and logistics process knowledge • Ability to work independently and escalate complex issues when appropriate • German language skills
