📋 Description

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP functional solutions • Configure, implement and optimise SAP modules, with a focus on FI, CO and S/4HANA Finance • Participate in SAP implementation, migration, rollout and transformation projects • Support end-to-end business processes and integration between SAP modules • Conduct fit-gap analysis, functional testing and system troubleshooting • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and solution architects • Prepare functional specifications, documentation and process improvement recommendations • Support users and business teams throughout the solution lifecycle • Support international clients in SAP implementation, optimisation and digital transformation projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience as an SAP Functional Consultant • Strong hands-on expertise in at least one of: SAP FI, SAP CO, or SAP S/4HANA Finance • Good understanding of relevant business processes and SAP configuration • Experience with SAP implementation, migration, rollout or enhancement projects • Understanding of cross-module integration and enterprise business processes • Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills • Experience working in international, cross-functional environments • English at B2 level or higher • Nice to have: experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow • Nice to have: experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes • Nice to have: knowledge of SAP MM, SD, Treasury, Asset Accounting or CO-PA • Nice to have: experience with SAP BW, financial reporting or consolidation solutions • Nice to have: understanding of IFRS, HGB or US GAAP reporting requirements • Nice to have: experience with SAP Activate methodology • Nice to have: previous experience in consulting or large international organisations • Nice to have: SAP certifications • Nice to have: German or French at C1 level • Nice to have: knowledge of other European languages
