📋 Description

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Infor M3 Supply Chain modules • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Procurement (PUR), Sales (OIS), Warehouse Management (WMS/MMS), and Distribution • Analyze existing business processes and provide functional workarounds or permanent fixes for system gaps • Perform functional configurations in M3 (e.g., CRS, MMS, OIS tables) • Coordinate with technical teams for bug fixes and interface issues and communicate effectively with global business users.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of functional experience in Infor M3 (v13.4, CloudSuite, or on premises) • Strong knowledge of M3 programs such as OIS100, OIS300, PPS200, MMS001, and MWS410 • Basic understanding of how M3 Supply Chain interacts with Finance (FAM) and Infor OS (ION/BODs) • Proven ability to handle "Business Critical" incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with international clients.
