📋 Description
• Adopt Kotlin or Rust to develop high-performance, stable service components and client-side modules • Undertake end-to-end project delivery, control development progress, resolve technical risks and online faults, and ensure on-time, high-quality project launches • Provide technical support and technical communication for internal and external AI ecosystem partners • Organize technical documents and operation specifications • Assist in developing technical solutions for customer business scenarios • Produce technical consultation materials when needed
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related majors • Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience • Proficient in at least one of Kotlin or Rust, with practical commercial project development experience • Familiarity with underlying performance optimization, memory management and concurrent programming logic • Solid basic knowledge of artificial intelligence, including large models, AI inference, vector databases, or AI application development logic • English proficiency sufficient to read and write technical documents smoothly; no oral communication requirement • Strong end-to-end project delivery capability • Ability to independently drive projects from demand confirmation through stable online operation • Must work full-time on-site at the Beijing office throughout the project cycle
