📋 Description

• Write and review high-quality ServiceNow configuration • Understand client business use cases and technical requirements and convert them into technical designs • Map decisions to requirements and translate them for developers • Identify and evaluate solution options to select the best fit for client requirements • Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project implementation • Write and review design documents covering application architecture, frameworks, and high-level design • Review architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and non-functional requirements • Develop and design overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements • Define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to implement solutions • Understand technology integration scenarios and apply these learnings in projects

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of total experience • Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture, application development, and implementation • Strong experience with ServiceNow GRC and Legal modules • Strong command of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, and related ServiceNow components • Knowledge of MID Server setup, platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and integrations • Extensive scripting experience with JavaScript and Glide • Experience with REST, SOAP, SRAPI, and import set APIs • Experience designing and implementing custom scoped applications • Proven delivery of large-scale ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments • Understanding of version control, CI/CD, and unit testing • Ability to consult and influence technical decisions and architectural best practices • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Prior enterprise software development experience in ServiceNow-competitive application domains • Knowledge of SOA technologies and integration techniques • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
