📋 Description

• Develop, implement, enhance, and support Workday HCM integrations across enterprise applications • Design, build, and maintain integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation • Gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday integration solutions • Configure and maintain Workday Business Processes • Develop and maintain Workday reports and BIRT reports • Monitor and support Workday integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and data accuracy • Provide production support by troubleshooting integration and functional issues

🎯 Requirements

• Total Experience 8+ years in Workday HCM • Strong experience in Workday Integrations • Expertise in Workday integration technologies, including EIB, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, Document Transformation • Strong knowledge of Workday security configuration and security profiles • Experience providing production support for Workday functional and integration solutions • Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal IT teams • Workday Certification preferred
