📋 Description
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements • Deliver executive-level presentations to secure alignment and buy-in • Lead workshops for process design and improvement • Design and implement Salesforce solutions • Review solution architecture for scalability and best practices • Develop technical integration strategies • Create detailed implementation plans • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) projects • Present Salesforce technology capabilities to audiences • Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and implementation • Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Data Cloud, Personalization, and Account Engagement • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Journey Builder and Automation Studio • Experience in Data Cloud & SFMC setup and administration • Hands-on development experience in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS • Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
