📋 Description

• Define and drive the company's technology strategy, aligned with business objectives and the growth plan • Lead, structure and develop the engineering, data and infrastructure organization, including hiring, team building and defining development processes and practices • Be accountable for the company's platform architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, resilience, performance and cost control • Ensure data governance and the lifecycle of analytical models, including quality, traceability, monitoring and auditability • Ensure information security, data privacy (LGPD) and operational continuity, including disaster recovery plans, backups and service level agreements • Establish and maintain a technology governance framework compatible with a regulated environment • Manage the technology budget and make build-vs-buy decisions regarding third-party contracts • Act as the technical interlocutor with the Board, investors and strategic partners, including support for fundraising processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields • Proven experience in software development • Demonstrated track record in senior technical leadership roles • Experience in regulated environments and/or the financial sector • Security and compliance considered essential requirements • Knowledge of distributed systems architecture and multi-tenant platforms • Experience with data and machine learning in production environments • Proven history of building and scaling high-performance engineering teams • Ability to communicate with executive and non-technical audiences • Advanced English
