📋 Description

• Define and drive the company’s technology strategy, aligned with business objectives and the growth plan • Lead, structure, and develop the engineering, data, and infrastructure organization, including hiring, team building, and defining development processes and practices • Own platform architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, resilience, performance, and cost control • Ensure data governance and the lifecycle management of analytical models, including quality, traceability, monitoring, and auditability • Ensure information security, data privacy (LGPD), and operational continuity, including disaster recovery plans, backups, and service levels • Establish and maintain a technology governance framework suitable for a regulated environment • Manage the technology budget and build-versus-buy decisions • Serve as the technical liaison to the Board, investors, and strategic partners, including supporting fundraising processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Extensive experience in software development • Proven track record in senior technical leadership roles • Experience working in regulated environments and/or the financial sector • Knowledge of distributed systems architecture and multi-tenant platforms • Experience with data and machine learning in production environments • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams • Ability to communicate effectively with executive and non-technical audiences • Advanced English proficiency
