📋 Description

• Develop end-to-end features, working across the backend and frontend and following the entire development lifecycle through to production • Lead technical initiatives from solution design through delivery by breaking down requirements, implementing, testing, and rolling out changes to production • Enhance React applications and Node.js services while maintaining quality, performance, and maintainability • Evolve the platform architecture, including monolithic and/or microservices-based systems • Build resilient integrations using retries, timeouts, idempotency, circuit breakers, and fallbacks • Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices • Support the production environment by investigating incidents, proposing improvements, and participating in postmortems • Use AI tools as part of the development process • Mentor less experienced developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and frameworks such as NestJS and/or Express • Solid experience with React and modern web application development • Ability to independently develop end-to-end features, working across the frontend and backend • Knowledge of software architecture, REST APIs, messaging, integrations, and distributed systems • Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization • Experience with automated testing, observability, monitoring, and production troubleshooting • Familiarity with AI development tools (AI-first approach), using them as part of the daily workflow • University degree or technical education • English proficiency
