• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns • Build and grow social media channels, especially LinkedIn • Create and optimize content such as posts, blog articles, and case studies • Develop and implement lead generation strategies • Monitor and optimize campaign performance (KPIs, conversion rates) • Support paid campaigns such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads • Work with tools such as HubSpot or comparable platforms • Build and manage marketing funnels and automation workflows • Create and manage email campaigns and lead nurturing processes • Develop, maintain, and optimize the CRM system • Collaborate closely with the sales team for lead qualification • Support the creation of sales enablement materials
• Degree or training in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a comparable field • Initial experience (Junior) or several years of experience (Manager) in online marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn), and content creation • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot • Strong understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels • Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach • Interest in AI, voice technology, and innovation • German: business-fluent / native level • English: very good written and spoken skills • Nice to have: Experience in B2B marketing • Knowledge of performance marketing • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
