📋 Description

• Support the design, implementation, promotion, and assessment of Grassroots Justice Network Academy offerings • Facilitate community-building and provide logistical support for courses, workshops, working groups, labs, incubators, and action grants • Execute logistics and planning for global learning activities, including webinars, live sessions, workshops, and labs • Upload content and build lessons, courses, and learning paths in the Academy learning platform • Curate and refine audiovisual pedagogical materials, review captions, and coordinate timely changes • Manage users and groups in the Academy learning platform • Support discussion boards by answering questions, moderating, and encouraging engagement • Research, test, and advise on new learning tools, features, and platforms • Develop member profiles, quarterly interviews, impact interviews, and programmatic write-ups • Support procurement and agreements with vendors, consultants, faculty, and partners • Plan and coordinate Latin America activities and events, both virtual and in-person • Coordinate calls with the Strategic Regional Council in Latin America and follow up on activities, commitments, and documentation • Manage regional email and Academy group communications, including WhatsApp and social media • Onboard new members and serve as first point of contact for inquiries, requests, and referrals • Coordinate interpretation and translation services and track related expenses • Review English-Spanish translations and potentially translate short texts, emails, learning platform pages, and communications • Participate in coordination meetings and team check-ins • Assist with tracking quarterly and annual engagement data

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, including participating in meetings and writing notes and reports in both languages • Portuguese and/or French fluency is a plus • At least two years of operational support experience in program implementation • Demonstrable track record of excellence, reliability, speed, and accuracy • Resourceful problem-solving skills and personal initiative to improve processes • Ability to work independently • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with sound judgment and attention to detail • Thoroughness and ability to follow through on complicated, multi-step processes • Ability to produce high-quality content on deadline • Collaborative, empathetic, and service-oriented approach • Growth-oriented mindset and receptiveness to feedback • Must be a Mexican citizen • Must be based in Mexico or willing to be based in Mexico; no relocation assistance is provided • Ability to occasionally work non-standard hours across time zones • Willingness to undertake occasional regional or international travel • CV must be submitted in English
