⢠5+ years of backend engineering experience ⢠Deep experience with developer infrastructure, APIs, databases, and performance-critical systems ⢠Comfortable with Node.js and modern backend stacks ⢠Strong communicator, proactive, and reliable in a remote-first environment ⢠Product mindset and developer empathy ⢠Pragmatic, positive, and low ego: you step up in incidents and unblock teammates ⢠Autonomous, ownership-driven, and able to navigate ambiguity
