📋 Description

• Develop and enhance technical solutions with a focus on quality, readability, and scalability, following engineering best practices and standards • Plan and execute deliveries with autonomy, predictability, and alignment with team priorities • Evolve and maintain production systems, monitoring applications, resolving incidents, and contributing to platform reliability, including asynchronous processing and queues • Participate in refinements, planning, and technical discussions, contributing to architectural and implementation decisions • Collaborate through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement • Investigate issues, propose improvements, and pursue continuous learning • Maintain clear, transparent, and collaborative communication, aligning expectations and contributing to a high-trust, high-performance environment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience (4+ years) developing Web/SaaS applications using Ruby on Rails • Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, including concurrency, performance, scalability, algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices • Experience with version control using Git and GitHub • Experience with automated testing using RSpec • Experience in System Design and software architecture, participating in the definition and evolution of scalable solutions • Nice-to-haves: experience with CI/CD pipelines; NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB; agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or XP); TDD and Continuous Integration (CI)
