📋 Description
• Assist the sales team with daily administrative and operational activities • Support the preparation, processing, and follow-up of sales orders and related documents • Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on order status, deliveries, and customer requests • Maintain accurate customer records, sales documents, and data in the relevant systems • Follow up on pending orders and communicate updates to the sales team • Assist in preparing basic sales reports and maintaining sales records • Respond to routine customer inquiries and direct requests to the relevant team member when needed • Support the team in ensuring timely and accurate order processing • Perform general administrative duties related to sales operations as assigned by the line manager
🎯 Requirements
• For Emirati National Only • High School Diploma or equivalent • 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, administration, or a related field • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
