• Perform ERP system implementations. • Participate in system implementations and deployment of new functionalities. • Monitor configuration/parameterization according to the provided specifications, training and guiding users in system usage. • Provide client support and training; conduct meetings with clients and internal teams. • Knowledge of accounting. • Be confident, possess negotiation skills, be adaptable, proactive, resilient, and able to multitask.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in: Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields. • Strong computer literacy. • Willingness to travel to client sites when required; own vehicle. • Previous ERP implementation experience (advantage). • Ability to perform requirements gathering (advantage). • Knowledge of SQL (advantage). • Experience developing reports (advantage). • Ability to self-manage outstanding tasks/priorities (advantage). • Familiarity with ERP systems (advantage). • Experience demonstrating systems (product demos) (advantage). • Knowledge of business rules (payroll, tax bookkeeping, accounting, finance, inventory, CRM, production planning/control (PCP), POS and/or purchasing) (advantage).
