📋 Description

• Lead and mentor frontend and backend teams • Architect and implement scalable full-stack systems using Laravel, Angular, and MySQL • Review and optimize frontend and backend code for maintainability and performance • Manage database design, indexing strategies, and complex SQL query optimization • Oversee API design, versioning, security, and frontend integration • Translate product requirements into technical tasks • Plan sprints, estimate effort, assign tasks, and track progress • Identify and resolve technical or resource-related blockers • Conduct performance evaluations and create team skill development plans • Coordinate collaboration among UI/UX, QA, DevOps, mobile, and product teams • Maintain coding standards, best practices, and code reviews • Oversee unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies • Ensure secure, stable, and high-performance applications • Manage deployment cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders on requirements and solutions • Lead architectural discussions and technical decisions • Produce technical documentation, system diagrams, and knowledge-sharing materials

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience • Strong Laravel/PHP backend specialization • Strong Angular frontend specialization • Strong MySQL database management experience • Experience leading full-stack development teams • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication flows, caching, queues, and microservices concepts • Proficiency in Git workflows, CI/CD tools, and modern development pipelines • Familiarity with responsive design, reusable components, and scalable frontend architecture • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS systems • Understanding of frontend and backend performance optimization • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
