📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and manage a regional team of MSLs, with clear accountability for performance and results. • Provide consistent coaching through regular 1:1s, field co-travel, and structured performance feedback. • Own onboarding, training, and ongoing development of MSL team members. • Ensure consistent, high-quality scientific engagement across the region aligned to Medical Affairs priorities. • Maintain strong visibility into regional activities, key accounts, and KOL engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced scientific or healthcare degree required (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent). • 4–8+ years of Medical Affairs or MSL experience. • Prior experience managing or leading teams strongly preferred. • Demonstrated success operating in a field-based, cross-functional environment. • Must reside within assigned region.
