📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution of residential and commercial valuation assignments. • Interpret client needs and develop appropriate descriptions of work. • Manage assignments through completion while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

• Demonstrates strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and professionally engage with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires managing multiple assignments and shifting priorities. • Able to analyze information, ask the right questions, and make sound decisions in situations where direction may not always be clearly defined. • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a high level of accountability for assigned work. • Prior experience in appraisal, real estate, or lending is preferred.
