• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred. • 5-8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. • Extensive experience in the fintech, blockchain, or DeFi industry, with a proven ability to close high-value deals and foster long-term partnerships. • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, the DeFi ecosystem, and liquidity infrastructure, paired with a strong professional network in the space. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement high-impact business strategies. • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, driving collaborative success. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach. • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving environments while managing multiple priorities effectively. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams toward achieving business goals. • Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
