📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and analyze release management activities for Workday • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Workday releases • Ensure seamless delivery of updates and changes to Workday environments • Collaborate with HCM, Finance, IT, Quality Management, Security, Privacy, and AI stakeholders • Act as a liaison between IT and end users to ensure Workday release compatibility

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Workday education and experience • 5 years of experience as a business or technical profession in Information Technology or related field • 5 years technical or general project management experience • 3-5 years implementation experience in Workday with a focus on HCM and Finance with a release and deployment focus • Experience in defining and documenting complex systems requirements • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Experience managing multiple interdependencies across third-party platforms (e.g., Phenom, Broadbean, DocuSign)
