📋 Description

• End-to-end responsibility for the commercial performance of the product portfolio, from pricing strategy and advertising budget to inventory management and product development • Make portfolio decisions: scale strong products, optimize underperformers, delist weak SKUs • Develop the pricing matrix and evaluate pricing and promotion measures • Allocate advertising budget per product and work closely with the Performance Marketing team • Monitor inventory levels and develop initiatives to drive sell-through

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in category management, product management, or a comparable P&L-responsible role within e-commerce, D2C, or FMCG environments • Proven experience independently managing a product portfolio, including responsibility for revenue, margin, and budget • Confident working with KPIs, contribution margins, and pricing logic • Knowledge of levers in digital advertising channels (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads) • Fluent in German; English proficiency is a plus
