📋 Description

• Provide strategic and operational IT leadership during a critical transition period • Lead management and successful execution of the Transition Services Agreement (TSA), ensuring contractual and timeline alignment • Monitor and maintain seamless IT services during the TSA period with minimal business disruption • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners on TSA activities • Address TSA-related challenges and roadblocks, escalating issues when necessary • Lead and manage Salesforce solution implementation aligned with business requirements and company goals • Act as a trusted technology advisor to business stakeholders • Identify process optimization, cost savings, and risk mitigation opportunities • Drive the strategy for insourcing versus TSA to support business growth • Identify, assess, and mitigate IT service delivery risks • Lead change management for adoption of new technologies and processes • Define and track IT performance KPIs, including uptime, user satisfaction, cost management, and project delivery timelines • Optimize TSA work with business partners, including identifying activities to split up and cost-saving opportunities • Serve as the company's Salesforce implementation expert and ensure best practices • Potentially manage direct reports in the future, but not in the near term

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent level of education and experience in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field of study • Professional certifications in IT governance, security, or project management (CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP) are preferred • At least 10 years of experience and a successful track record of IT leadership, execution, and delivery • 5+ years of medical device or manufacturing industry experience preferred • Extensive managerial experience with Windows Server, Exchange, Microsoft Office, mobile connectivity, virtual private networking, wireless networking, and help desk operations • Experience in an IT business partnership role, with significant exposure to managing transaction service agreements • Proven expertise in managing cloud-based infrastructure and services, including AWS and Azure • Experience selecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and PLM • Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations • Previous experience working in mergers and acquisitions, company separation, and acquisition is highly preferred • Knowledge of data centers and end-to-end infrastructure • Strong communication skills and commitment to thorough documentation • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills • Proven focus on internal customer satisfaction
