📋 Description
• Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts related to funds and financial transactions; • Draft instruments such as guarantees, acknowledgments of debt and financial agreements; • Analyze legal risks and propose solutions that protect the association’s interests; • Support internal teams in the interpretation and execution of contractual clauses; • Develop and standardize contract templates when necessary; • Take part in strategic discussions related to contracts and fund operations.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree with active registration/licensure with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association); • Proven experience of at least 10 years since qualification; • Strong experience with complex contracts, preferably in financial institutions or funds; • Proactive professional with a practical, results-oriented approach; • Clear communicator and team player; • Interest in handling complex requests and processes; • Strong analytical reasoning and a taste for challenges; • Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail; • Ability to interact effectively with different departments and hierarchical levels; • Advanced English is a plus.
