📋 Description
• Assist the Asset Management team with ensuring project compliance including land lease oversight and financial due diligence. • Enter bills in NetSuite and verify timely payment. • Support the administration of SREC, incentive, and property tax requirements. • Participate in virtual meetings as scheduled. • Assist with maintaining positive relationships with contract counterparties. • Support insurance binding and follow existing standard operating procedures. • Assist with financial due diligence and special projects as needed.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external parties • Eager to learn new tasks and software • Comfortable working independently in support of the team in an often fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Experience managing complex tasks and completing assignments on time • Willingness to take the lead on researching varied topics • Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
