📋 Description

• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships at decision-maker level (C-level, IT management, procurement, etc.) • Own the strategic development and management of designated key accounts with a focus on sustainable growth and customer satisfaction • Identify and realize cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within our product portfolio • Work closely with product management, development, consulting and support to ensure optimal customer service • Identify concrete strategic development opportunities and feed them as potential roadmap items and inputs for product management • Develop and implement account strategies, forecasts and reports to steer customer development • Independently manage the entire sales process – from needs analysis through proposal preparation and contract negotiation to successful project completion

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally in an IT or software environment • Strong communication and negotiation skills at the executive level • Commercial acumen and solid business/financial understanding • Strategic and analytical thinking for targeted market and customer analysis • High customer orientation combined with an entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly, persuasively and with a solution focus
