📋 Description

• Designing and customizing new software applications to enhance functionality and user experience • Managing software updates and releases • Working with stakeholders to develop solutions that meet business needs • Mentoring junior staff • Managing technical documentation • Using performance metrics to improve software reliability • Collaboration with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with technical specifications • Management of documentation • Analysis of market trends • Participating/leading in collaborative development sessions • Lead the strategic development and implementation of the AI Ops platform and software development solutions • Evaluating, identifying and developing software solutions in public and private cloud • Expert level experience leveraging AWS to build software and automated testing frameworks • Training and overseeing the activities of the members of the development team • Planning, tracking and scheduling software deliverables in partnership with the program team. • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IT operations automation solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in coding and developing in Golang, Python, R or another comparable language • 5+ years of experience developing and performing pair programming reviewing using source code such as Github and Github actions • Hands-on experience developing IAC solutions, including working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and/or agent frameworks • Knowledge of Rest of APIs and experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting guides • Experience maintaining architecture diagrams such as sequence diagrams; and software specification diagrams • Leading and bringing new design concepts to the portfolio • Extensive knowledge of the software development process and corresponding technologies • Excellent understanding of design patterns and architectural styles • Proficient knowledge of agile software operation and development designs • Ability to develop software in Golang, Python, or Java • Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills
