📋 Description

• Collaborative design and development of software solutions that meet business objectives • System requirement analysis and application customization • Assisting with software updates • Mentoring junior engineers and ensuring quality with Quality Assurance • Providing technical leadership on routine projects • Conducting training for application users

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7.5 years of experience • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) within a large enterprise • Working knowledge of IGA platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID • Experience supporting identity lifecycle automation, user provisioning, and access review processes • Familiarity with integration standards (e.g., REST APIs, SAML, OAuth) and identity-related protocols • Experience with troubleshooting Java-based connectors and scripting in BeanShell, PowerShell, or JavaScript • Strong understanding of RBAC, policy enforcement, and audit/reporting mechanisms • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced production environment • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Strong documentation and process orientation
