📋 Description

• Supports the development, governance, publishing, and continuous improvement of knowledge content. • Manages content throughout its lifecycle, including intake, review, publication, maintenance, optimization, and retirement. • Conducts content audits, AI assessments, and release validation activities. • Reviews content intake requests to ensure requirements are complete. • Applies content standards and governance requirements to improve content quality. • Coordinates stakeholder reviews and approvals to support timely content publication. • Publishes and maintains knowledge content in content management systems. • Supports content governance processes, including content reviews and ongoing maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred. • 2-5 Years Relevant Work Experience. • Ability to work a flexible schedule when business needs require.
