• Attract, hire, and onboard top talent to support nCino’s continued growth. • Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and RVP’s to meet goals. • Build and maintain key customer executive relationships to expand the company's footprint. • Ensure team maintains day-to-day business process excellence. • Coach Account Managers during complex sales cycles. • Work with nCino’s global system integration partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B software or solution sales. • 3+ years of management experience. • Account planning and execution skills. • Mortgage experience. • Strong listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication skills. • Must be able to maintain high level of production while also demonstrating process and administrative excellence.
