📋 Description

• Independently executes comprehensive HR operational support across the employee lifecycle • Manages complex HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations investigations, recruitment coordination, and HRIS administration • Leads HR projects and drives compliance initiatives • Coordinates facilities management activities to build organizational capability • Independently manage recruitment processes including resume screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment • Execute end-to-end People Operations support • Handle confidential employee relations matters • Lead compliance initiatives including internal HR audits

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with 5+ years of progressive HR experience in generalist, operations, or business partner roles • Solid understanding of HR principles and practices including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations including discrimination laws, wage and hour requirements, leave statutes, and workplace safety standards • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive employee matters • Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms including Workday or similar enterprise systems • Proven problem-solving skills • Strong collaboration and influencing skills • Emerging mentorship capability • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent professional credentials • Experience in software/SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments • Experience conducting workplace investigations • Bilingual capabilities with experience supporting diverse, multicultural employee populations
