📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems and incidents through to full resolution, in accordance with established SLAs • Perform low-complexity services on products and solutions, focusing on financial products and ATMs • Carry out small repairs and component replacements on Level I equipment, including PCs, workstations, peripherals, printers and front-end POS systems • Provide first-line maintenance for ATMs and kiosks • Assist with site preparation, including cabling, equipment installation, basic testing and modular swaps • Perform periodic preventive maintenance on products under your responsibility • Diagnose technical faults, perform minor repairs and module-level replacements • Build and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring clear and effective local-level communication • Represent NCR Atleos professionally, preserving the company’s image and values • Strictly follow all safety procedures, especially when working on ATMs and within financial institutions • Store parts at home, receive and send materials, and keep inventory up to date • Resolve incidents or escalate them to the supervisor, territory manager or Control Tower when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in IT with PC hardware maintenance and technical support, working with ATMs (automated teller machines) or in telecommunications • Knowledge of Windows operating systems • Experience with basic maintenance tools and use of Microsoft Office Suite • Reside in the state of Ceará • Registration with the CFT • Valid driver’s license (CNH), category B or higher • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (two doses) • Availability to travel within the state of Ceará • Availability to work shifts defined by management, including weekends and nights • Proactive and dynamic attitude • Responsibility and ability to work autonomously • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Strong problem-solving skills • Good interpersonal communication and customer orientation
