📋 Description

• Successfully manage project from project initiation to project closure • Lead meetings and conduct information gathering sessions with clients and internal resources • Create detailed project plans that includes timelines, resources, and dependencies • Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying and mitigating risks • Manage project teams of internal and external resources including vendors and customers • Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for project status and escalations between NCR Atleos and the customer • Building and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including team’s members, clients, vendors, and executives throughout the project • Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, including project progress updates and risk assessments • Regularly communicate with management to discuss resourcing constraints and to gain an understanding of specific priorities, constraints, and deadlines • Provide strong leadership and direction to all project stakeholders • Coordination and planning: Strategically plan, organize, and facilitate workshops, conference calls to ensure efficient execution of tasks and objectives. • Elicit requirements by working with Clients and subject matter experts (SMEs) to thoroughly understand the scope • Gather work effort estimates and prepare pricing recommendations (as required) • Create comprehensive, unambiguous, and concise Statements of Work (as required) • Conduct rigorous post-implementation reviews and document key learnings for future enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of comprehensive project management experience in a technology environment. • Project Management Certification(s) or equivalent work experience • Knowledge in Project Management Methodologies • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and skilled in MS Project or other project tracking tool. • Ability to effectively elicit, articulate, and write requirements documents • Ability to tolerate ambiguity while meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage issues and competing priorities; move with agility between tasks. • Able to wear multiple hats navigating freely between business, technical, execution, operations, etc. • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills to be used in continuous client-facing activities • Exceptional organizational, planning, process management, documentation, and time management skills • Effective at managing multiple projects and tight deadlines • Able to effectively collaborate in a cross-functional team settings • Flexible and adaptable to work in a change management-driven environment • Effective at team building and relationship management • Able to work independently or with minimal supervision • Embraces a process-driven, continuous improvement philosophy and is passionate about achieving excellence • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and commitment to quality • Proven analytical and problem solving skills • Self-motivated, creative, flexible, and possesses a positive attitude with the ability to create rapport with customer and stakeholders • Able to work North America Eastern Time (EST) business hours
