📋 Description
• Schedule cases for intraoperative neuromonitoring for surgical cases • Maintain relationships with scheduling offices of client surgeons and hospitals • Fulfill scheduling requests via phone, email, and fax • Assist billing department by gathering ICD10 coding and insurance coverage information • Ensure any client issues are addressed to the client's satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED • Two to five years of office experience • Minimum of 6 months of data entry experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated typing and proof-reading skills • Ability to coach and communicate effectively
