📋 Description

• Record a complete and accurate transcript of legal proceedings using advanced stenographic methods. • Ensure that final transcripts meet high standards of accuracy and formatting, delivered in ASCII and/or RTF format according to the client’s templates and style guidelines. • Manage and organize notes, ensuring that sensitive information is handled securely and professionally. • Capture and provide backup audio recording to court reporting agency

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a stenographic court reporter, preferably with a background covering depositions, arbitrations, and administrative hearings. • REMOTE ONLINE NOTARY REQUIRED • Real-time transcription skills, with the necessary equipment and software to display real-time text. • Thorough knowledge of legal terminology, courtroom and deposition protocols, and confidentiality standards. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to different client needs. • Reliable transportation and availability for in-person assignments at client sites in your local area. • Proficiency in using CAT software and maintaining dictionaries for real-time output. • NCRA Certification or relevant to stenographic court reporting. • Ability to provide real-time transcription services, allowing immediate access to text for attorneys and other legal professionals during proceedings. • Real-time transcription equipment and software to display real-time text.
