📋 Description

• Design static imagery and motion graphics tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. • Translate start-up culture into authentic, Gen Z-focused employer branding campaigns. • Work within brand book guidelines while pushing the creative aesthetic forward. • Pitch, storyboard, and execute short-form video content rapidly. • Capitalize on viral moments, micro-trends, and trending audio before they peak. • Deliver creative work for short-term, high-impact project sprints with substantial creative freedom.

🎯 Requirements

• Elite-level technical execution in motion graphics and graphic design. • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. • Intuitive, obsessive understanding of current internet trends, niche meme culture, and social media algorithms. • Portfolio showcasing bold, modern, and engaging visual storytelling, including viral TikToks, Reels, and high-converting graphics. • Ability to manage time independently, work fast, adapt instantly to trending topics, and turn raw ideas into high-quality imagery on the fly. • CapCut or 3D design experience is a bonus.
