📋 Description

• Support customers across the entire lifecycle, from early discovery to architecture design, proof-of-value, and long-term adoption • Build and nurture relationships with strategic and enterprise customer teams • Partner with Account Executives to communicate the technical and business impact of graph solutions • Ensure technical alignment and smooth integration of Neo4j into customer environments • Provide architectural recommendations aligned with customer strategies and IT landscapes • Design and present Neo4j-based prototypes demonstrating technical feasibility and business value • Understand customer requirements and environments • Translate requirements into tailored solution architectures • Demonstrate Neo4j capabilities and whiteboard solution designs • Engage technical decision-makers throughout the sales cycle

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years in PreSales, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services • Ideally experience with enterprise customers in High-Tech, Energy, Telecom, Financial Services, or Public Sector • Strong understanding of database platforms, particularly NoSQL • Ability to translate business requirements into effective solution architectures • Familiarity with a programming or scripting language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript • Proven experience guiding technical teams through complex, consultative engagements • Strong desire to learn and quickly adopt emerging technologies • Passion for tackling complex technical challenges with innovative solutions • Ability to lead technical workshops and small-group sessions • Comfortable managing the technical aspects of enterprise sales cycles
