📋 Description

• Provide customer support via tickets, phone, and chat • Assist with problem-solving and answer customer questions • Provide first-level support and service for a specific Neogrid solution • Prioritize requests based on severity and customer size • Handle inquiries through support channels while meeting SLA, CSAT, and other performance metrics • Assist with contract cancellations

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or have completed high school or an undergraduate degree • Eligible to participate in the Young Apprentice Program • Affinity for technology • Ownership mindset • Organized • Proactive • Time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Eagerness to learn • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
