📋 Description

• Monitor SIEM dashboards, EDR, and security tools as Level 1 alerts • Validate the accuracy of security alerts and perform basic containment actions, such as isolating endpoints and blocking IPs • Document incidents and escalate complex cases to Levels N2/N3 • Conduct threat modeling to create new detection rules based on client business needs • Perform continuous Level 1 monitoring of the environment/infrastructure • Perform initial triage of security alerts and preventive isolation of known threats

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields • Solid understanding of Computer Networks: TCP/IP, client-server architecture, DNS, HTTP/S, and communication ports • Basic knowledge of Information Security fundamentals: CIA triad, OWASP Top 10, types of malware, and phishing • Familiarity with reading and interpreting logs: Event Viewer and Syslog • Basic log analysis: Windows Event Logs and Syslog • Networking knowledge: OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, and basic Wireshark • Experience or knowledge in operating EDR and antivirus solutions • Ability to perform phishing triage and analyze email headers
