📋 Description
• Customize and automate departmental reports and KPIs • Create, maintain and manage databases • Analyze workflows and propose solutions to optimize processes • Produce studies and reports that support managerial decision-making
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Engineering, or Human Resources • Desirable knowledge of Big Data, VBA, Power BI, Advanced SQL, and Advanced Excel • Experience managing KPIs, handling large volumes of data, and automating reports • Good communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a continuous improvement mentality
