📋 Description

• Design monitoring frameworks, dashboards, automations, and profiling analyses • Deepen analysis of the impact of internal and external initiatives on monthly results • Monitor collections results and performance indicators • Implement dashboards and automations to track results • Lead credit recovery strategies and offers, as well as engagement initiatives for delinquent customers • Conduct in-depth analyses of payment behavior and identify new opportunities • Evaluate collections projects, products, and features • Support roadmap prioritization with engineering and product teams • Design and lead end-to-end collections tests and experiments • Generate hypotheses, design experiments, execute them, measure results, and communicate findings • Present credit recovery results and strategic theses in leadership forums • Ensure the strategic alignment of initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure and solve complex problems using data • Initiative, proactivity, and an ownership mindset to identify opportunities and propose action plans • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and report key learnings • Adaptability to different scenarios and changes, along with the ability to provide mutual coverage within a lean team • Ability to build strong relationships with other departments, engaging stakeholders and colleagues in day-to-day activities • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel • Proficiency and hands-on experience writing SQL code or using equivalent tools for data extraction • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn and leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance your work • Previous experience at fintechs or fast-growing, fast-paced technology companies • Strong command of Python for data analysis, including data manipulation, processing, and routine automation • Proficiency in English to facilitate communication and increase confidence in leadership forums and meetings (a plus) • Familiarity with applied statistics, including hypothesis testing and simple models (a plus) • Affirmative hiring opportunity for persons with disabilities
