📋 Description

• Analyze business, tax, legal, and regulatory requirements and translate them into functional system requirements for SAP or Oracle EBS solutions • Support development of business analysis documents, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Participate in requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders, regulatory researchers, product teams, and subject matter experts • Perform impact analysis on ERP processes, modules, configuration, reports, interfaces, and forms • Document current-state and future-state processes and maintain traceability across requirements, solution design, and test results • Create test scenarios and test cases, prepare test data, execute functional tests, document results, and report defects • Collaborate with Development and QA teams to clarify requirements and align solutions with approved designs • Troubleshoot client-reported issues by gathering information, reproducing issues, documenting findings, and escalating concerns • Prepare release notes, configuration instructions, functional guidance, and client-facing documentation • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Maintain requirements and delivery documentation in collaboration and work-tracking tools • Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and unclear requirements and communicate them promptly • Contribute to knowledge sharing, reusable templates, process improvements, and business analysis best practices • Work collaboratively within a virtual, global team across functions and time zones • Support quality, customer satisfaction, continuous learning, and professional standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Equivalent practical experience may be considered • 1-2 years of experience supporting SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), or a comparable ERP system • Basic functional understanding of ERP business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Order Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Payroll, or Tax • Exposure to SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS, or related ERP modules and configuration concepts • Experience participating in software implementation, application support, maintenance, enhancement, or testing activities • Familiarity with business analysis practices, requirements gathering, process documentation, functional specifications, or user stories • Exposure to software testing, including functional testing, defect documentation, regression testing, or UAT • Basic understanding of SDLC and the relationship between requirements, development, testing, and deployment • Experience collaborating with business users, functional analysts, developers, QA analysts, or project teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and related productivity tools • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet service • Fluent English is required • Spanish is a plus • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools is preferred • Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Excellent attention to detail • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to learn new business processes, regulatory concepts, and ERP functionality quickly • Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize work, and meet deadlines • Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills • Ability to work calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment • Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environments is desired • Experience creating process flows, test scripts, traceability matrices, or functional design documentation is desired • Knowledge of tax, regulatory, payroll, finance, localization, or compliance-related processes is desired • Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, interfaces, integrations, or data validation techniques is desired • Exposure to ERP implementation or production-support environments is desired • Jira and Confluence experience is desired • Reliable internet
