📋 Description

• Structure and independently lead the mapping, optimization and transition of business processes, system flows and analytical repositories in digital and IT transformation projects • Map and document end-to-end processes using BPMN and tools such as Bizagi • Design flows focused on operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and data governance • Translate mapped processes into recommendations for interactive digital solutions that enable rapid adoption and high efficiency • Drive deliveries and schedules applying Scrum, Kanban and traditional practices based on PMBOK • Lead organizational impact assessments, including stakeholder mapping and readiness analysis • Design and execute communication, engagement and ongoing enablement plans • Facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions, interviews and executive presentations • Ensure master data, data governance and compliance • Define KPIs for operational efficiency and change adoption/success • Translate technical IT documentation for business areas, compliance and legal

🎯 Requirements

• Solid professional experience leading mapping of highly complex processes (BPMN/Bizagi) and governance of systems, data and business rules • Strong background in both traditional and agile project management • Excellent synthesis and communication skills to translate technical IT documentation for business, compliance and legal stakeholders • Initiative, proactivity and autonomy to lead meetings and drive solutions without constant supervision • Commitment, self-management and action-orientation • Holistic and systemic view of impacts on people, processes and data • Ability to orchestrate and engage technical and business stakeholders • Emotional intelligence and empathy to manage resistance during transitions • Change Management certifications (PROSCI, HCMBOK or ChangeFirst) are a plus • Project Management certifications are a plus • Practical knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) for process optimization is a plus • Experience with DMBOK, BABOK, Lean Six Sigma or ITIL is a plus • Experience in the financial, banking or large insurance sectors is a plus
